1- Make a copy of your original invoice and indicate the reason code for your return in the appropriate space.

2- Place the item and filled-in invoice in your return parcel. You may reuse the packaging that your purchase was delivered in.

3- Mail the package to:

Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.

 

We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 days.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to place the original order. 

 

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement.

 

NOTE:

Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of certain items, it is not possible to return underwear, swimwear, and/or socks.

We send your order by UPS from our warehouse in Turkey.

Standard shipment time is delivered to your address within 3-5 days after placing your order.

Express shipment time is delivered to your address within 1-2 days.

Be sure to include all your information correctly when placing an order. And enter a valid postal code.

Customs and transportation costs are covered by our company.
